Before your inspection begins, you'll review and sign a pre-inspection agreement outlining the scope of the inspection, the standards we follow, and the terms of our service. This step ensures full transparency from the start — you'll know exactly what's included, what to expect, and how we protect both you and Tri State REMI Group throughout the process. It's a quick, straightforward step, but an important one that sets the foundation for a professional, trustworthy inspection experience.
3. Your Inspection
Tri State REMI Group's home inspections follow the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Standards of Practice, delivering a thorough, non-invasive evaluation of a home's major systems and components — including roofing, foundation and structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, attics and crawl spaces, and interior elements.
